The Institute both co-ordinates and directs programs and people from these three discreet but interrelated
and complimentary entities: the National Churchill Museum, the Center for Engaging the World, and the
Bill Emerson Center for Leadership and Service. At the same time, the Institute contains signature programs
of its own: the Fulbright-Robertson Visiting Professor, the Symposium on Democracy, and the International
Lecture Series (including the Green, the Kemper, and the IBM). Below, each of these elements and their
crucial function as part of the whole are outlined in detail.
